Dear Parents and Guardians of an 11 or 12-year-old player:

Evaluations for all 11-year-olds and 12-year-olds will be held on February 6th (9:10 am to 10:50 am) and February 13th (2:05 pm to 3:25 pm).  Each player will sign-up for ONE 10-minute slot.  The sessions will be held at the Springfield YMCA (at 194 W Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA).

Coronavirus Mitigation Protocol will be followed:

• All sessions will be held according to CDC and Pennsylvania requirements.
• All sessions will follow the Springfield YMCA's protocol.
• Each slot will be limited to 5 players and one coach for each team (there will be less than 20 people in the 3,000 square foot space).
• The area in which players will be evaluated is a large area and all players will be required to maintain 6 feet social distancing.
• Everyone in attendance is required to wear a mask at all times.
• Everyone in attendance is required to maintain a 6-foot distance.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be available.
• Players will be requested to stay in their cars until their time slot.
• We will have people in the Parking Garage who will direct.
• Players will check-in at the door. 
• Players will be walked from the front door to the Evaluation Room by a Designated Board Member while masked and maintaining social distancing. 
• When completed, the players will be walked from the Evaluation Room to the front door by a Designated Board Member in a similar fashion as their entry.

These Evaluation Sessions are for any child who is Little League Age 11-year-olds or 12-year-olds and has not yet evaluated this year.  The purpose of the evaluation is to assist the league in creating balanced teams (every player is assigned to a team).

• Only sign up for ONE Slot.
• If you have a child in a different age group, you will receive a link for that one as well.
• DO NOT sign up a child in this age group if they are not 11-year-olds or 12-year-olds.
• After choosing your slot, click on Submit and enter your player's name in the "My Comments" field.  Enter the name as you entered during the Registration Process.

Due to the Coronavirus situation and scheduling issues, DO NOT just show up - signup up for a slot now.
 

CRITICAL REMINDERS

If you have any of the following items outstanding, please complete them PRIOR to your session:

• Original Birth Certificate to Verify Birth Date for New Players.  Upload to your Sports Connect account.
• Medical Release Form - Required to be evaluated, drafted to a team, and participate in the league (click here for the form).
• Residency Verification Documents - If you are (1) returning and moved in the past 12 months or are (2) new, please be sure to confirm all your verification documents have been submitted (click here for further details).  Upload to your Sports Connect account.
